Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and versatile Project Manager with a strong technical background to lead and execute projects across various domains. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on leadership, adaptability, and the ability to streamline processes, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of manufacturing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute projects within the manufacturing unit, ensuring adherence to quality, cost, and timeline targets.
- Collaborate with design, production, quality, and supply chain teams to align project goals.
- Track and manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to meet delivery expectations.
- Drive process improvement initiatives across departments to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
- Maintain clear documentation and regularly present updates to senior leadership.
- Promote cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement culture.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related technical field).
- 5–10 years of proven project management experience in a manufacturing setup.
- Experience with both electronic and mechanical component manufacturing is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, planning, and execution capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Adaptive, self-driven, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
