ELCIA Cluster is a special purpose vehicle set up by a group of ELCIA MSMEs, to create an industrial cluster with aid from the Ministry of MSME, Govt of India. A Common Facility Centre has been established with funds from the government and ELCIA members. The cluster has modern R&D, advanced testing, and certification facilities.

Jigs and fixtures for a watch brand
We have manufactured precision part manufacturing jigs and fixtures for India’s top watch brand.
Special project with IIT Mumbai PG Alumni
We worked on a new technology product with the PG alumni from IIT Mumbai. The objective was to develop power generation without any conventional source like steam, water, diesel, or solar.
Electric locomotive panels
ELCIA tech hub offered design support and manufactured electric locomotive panels for the railways. The parts were laser-cut with the Trumpf fiber laser machine to 50-micron accuracy, and we used long panel bending with 0.5 mm to 1 mm accuracy to manufacture these parts.
