Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and technically sound Sales Manager to drive business development, manage key accounts, and strengthen customer relationships. The ideal candidate will blend strong technical understanding with commercial acumen to grow our footprint across industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic sales plans.
- Engage with customers to understand technical requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Manage pricing, quotations, and negotiations to close high-value deals.
- Maintain strong client relationships and drive repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams (production, design, and operations) to ensure delivery commitments are met.
- Prepare sales forecasts, market analysis, and performance reports for leadership.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree /MBA (preferably Mechanical, Electrical, or related) .
- 5–10 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial components.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Technical aptitude to understand product specifications and customer needs.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
