We have manufactured precision part manufacturing jigs and fixtures for India’s top watch brand.

We worked on a new technology product with the PG alumni from IIT Mumbai. The objective was to develop power generation without any conventional source like steam, water, diesel, or solar.

ELCIA tech hub offered design support and manufactured electric locomotive panels for the railways. The parts were laser-cut with the Trumpf fiber laser machine to 50-micron accuracy, and we used long panel bending with 0.5 mm to 1 mm accuracy to manufacture these parts.

We have manufactured parts for coil winding machines that are used in
BLDC motors, automotive charger, ignition coil winding, and transformer winding. Some of the parts we have manufactured are the MTG block, actuating block, zero setting jig, pusher arm, guide block, spacer plank, guide plate, pressure-pad, pulley mounting stud, clamping pad, mandrel finger, sheet pneumatic mounting, laser adjustable table block holder, coupling, end block, standard dowel sensor and mounting plate.

We have designed and developed maintenance spares for one of India’s top solar panel manufacturers. The parts were high-precision components such as base plates for anti-collision lights and bezels for collision lights. These parts were manufactured using our high-end VMC (Vertical Machining Center) and wide EDMs (Electrical Discharge Machines).

Elcia Tech Hub makes precession mechanical parts for LED Lighting for a large aircraft manufacturer through a sub-contract manufacturer. The parts were produced using a CNC lathe with high precision (20-30 microns). We also conducted reliability testing on the products and offered certification through our NABL-accredited lab.

ELCIA Tech Hub works with drone manufacturers, specifically focusing on producing precision parts for drones such as top and bottom sheets, motor mounts, tube clamps, lock caps, carbon fiber plates, and aluminium holders. Additionally, we conduct reliability testing of drones at our NABL-accredited lab, adhering to the toughest international standards. As a preferred vendor for drone makers, we are able to provide them with an India-based prototyping and manufacturing facility in line with the government’s vision of Atmanirbhar Bharat.
