In-process inspection: We conduct regular inspections during the manufacturing process to identify and correct any issues before they can impact the final product.

We have laser cut, CNC bending, TIG and MIG welding facility.
We can M/C and Fabricate MS, SS, Aluminum sheets, blocks and round section.
We can cut MS 8 ft by 5ft sheet up to 10 mm thickness SS sheets up to 5mm.

We can make large volumes. We have high speed SMT lines and dedicated PCB assembly line which can make up to 0.3 million to 1 million smart meters.
Yes, we have PCB x Ray facility and we serve more than 50 customers in around Bangalore.
Yes, we have NABL accredited Vibration tester and temperature cycling chamber and we test to international standards.
